SUMMARY:Sadhana Meditation 1/2 Day Retreat
DESCRIPTION:After meeting on Zoom the past few years\, we are excited to get together with Diamond Light community in person and meditate together! We will review the basics of Calm Abiding meditation\, and the structure of a traditional Tibetan Buddhist daily practice\, known as “Sadhana”.
