In this 4 class series\, we will explore: \n– Our deepest aspirations – what would make 2023 more wonderful?\n– How we can compassionately approach the places where we get stuck and defeated in going after our aspirations.\n– Specific actions to realize our hearts longings. \nEach class will include meditations\, visualizations\, journaling\, and sharing. Each class will build on the previous one so please try to attend the entire series. Bring something to journal with. \nThis event is offered for free.
