I have studied Buddhism in-depth since 2008\, attended many Buddhist retreats\, and worked on deepening my personal practice over the years. I am grateful to many amazing teachers\, my closest teacher being Amie Diller. \nAbout Pamela Rasada: Pamela is a student of the lineage of His Holiness the Dalai Lama\, in the Tibetan Gelugpa tradition\, in June of 2011. Through her primary teacher\, Amie Diller\, Pamela has had the opportunity to meet and study with many experienced and practiced teachers. In February 2018\, after seven years of classwork and study\, Pamela completed an eighteen course Gelugpa intensive. Pamela continues to explore additional opportunities to learn and is grateful for any opportunity to share what she has learned with others.

Cost $45\nNo one turned away for lack of funds \nRegister here!\nIn this workshop we’ll go through the initial Qigong sequence of “Restoring the Terrain”\, opening to and exploring the inner experience of each movement.  The practice ultimately creates the body as an alchemical vessel where the vital energy (qi) is held and transformed. \, and our physiology healed.
